Dust off those walking shoes, it’s time for the 5th annual OCF-OCF Walk A Thon! “Rock” around the Village at Orange the morning of June 27th and help make the “World’s Greatest Camp” a reality for countless families who have a child with cancer. Together, we can bring laughter and smiles to the faces of families whose lives have been torn apart. Check in for the Walk A Thon and at the door registration will begin at 8:45 and closing ceremony will be at 9:45. Mall doors open at 10:00 and you are free to stay and visit after the walk.

Each year in Orange County over 100 children are newly diagnosed with some form of cancer. Combined with children already undergoing treatment, hundreds of families share a common challenge as they are all dealing with stresses that are unimaginable to people who have never been touched by childhood cancer. Medical, financial, emotional, and social hardships can be overwhelming for patients, parents and siblings during treatment. With this in mind, the Orange County Foundation for Oncology Children and Families (OCF-OCF) provides support activities, free of charge, to pediatric cancer patients and their families who live or receive treatment in Orange County.
